The use of olive oil in children’s food
Olive oil can be added to children’s food starting from 6-7 months. At first, it is recommended to add 1-2 drops (1-3 gr) of ready-made food (mashed potatoes, porridge, etc), as it is fresh food. After about 6 months, you can increase the volume by half a teaspoon.
It is recommended to use olive oil for cooking and frying in mature children.
Note that individual fatty acids in olive oil are very close to those in mother’s milk. Thus, for children who are dependent on artificial foods, olive oil will be very useful and "natural".
In the composition of olive oil obtained only from the first cold concentration has a rare balanced composition of various elements that contribute to the growth and harmonic development of the child’s body. Let’s note the important ones for the child's body among them:

It can be blurred at temperatures below 10°C, this process is totally natural and does not affect the quality of the product.
